You can dispute credit-report errors yourself for free. You do not have to purchase a credit-repair service to contact a credit bureau or information provider.
Accurate information
No company can legally remove accurate, current negative information merely because it hurts a credit score. NextGenCreditAI will never instruct users to misrepresent identity theft or dispute information they know is accurate.
If paid services are introduced
Before any covered service begins, the customer flow will require a written agreement that clearly states:
- The services to be performed
- The expected time required
- The total cost
- Any applicable guarantees
- The consumer’s right to cancel without charge within three business days, with a cancellation form
NextGenCreditAI will not collect advance fees for promised credit-repair work. Payments remain disabled in this prototype.
You control every action
Software may help organize facts and draft correspondence, but users must verify the facts and affirmatively approve any document. The product will not send bulk or automatic disputes.
