Privacy by design
The current member preview creates secure accounts and stores only the limited information needed for educational planning, progress, and privacy controls. It does not accept credit-report files or the sensitive financial information required for a future professional service.
Information currently stored
- Account identifier, email address, display name, and authentication timestamps
- Broad starting goals and planning preferences
- Educational lesson completion and bookmarks
- Yes-or-no progress, report-review, dispute-preparation, check-in, and maintenance selections
- Optional communication preferences, which default to off
- Limited AI safety-event categories used to test guardrails—not free-form credit details
Information not currently accepted
Do not submit credit reports, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, balances, creditor names, bureau credentials, bank information, payment-card details, dispute evidence, or identity documents. Report uploads, payments, and professional-service enrollment remain disabled.
Your controls
- View saved account information in the authenticated Privacy Center
- Download a machine-readable copy of saved information
- Update profile and optional communication preferences
- Delete the account and connected member data
Current safeguards
- Authentication through Supabase
- Row-level database policies limiting members to their own records
- No advertising use or model training with member data
- No sensitive information in the public health endpoint
- Privacy warnings throughout forms and support pages
Before accepting credit reports
A final attorney-reviewed privacy notice, retention schedule, vendor agreements, security assessment, incident-response process, state privacy review, encrypted document architecture, and access controls must be completed.
